A house is not a home unless it contains food and fire for the mind,as well as the body.

A little quiet here

This week some things of NO interest have happened. We lost a co worker or really he got switch to another part of the business. Another one got fired so we were pretty busy. Kept me from being the bitchy girl everyone knows and love around here. I'm joking of course not everyone loves me. LOL. No I am not depress just like to remind myself I am not in charge here!!
So my van life or should I say NOT van life? I joined another van forum which just started up. Maureen from www.livinginmyvan.com has started a new van forum. Its new and fresh and would love new members!! Join here.
I am still saving and looking. Its not easy because what I want is a bit more money than what I have. But I will get there. I WILL find my home on wheels.
So on another matter how is Sandy the terrible treating you? We just got started with her. Windy but no rain yet ... that's for tomorrow. We can wait Sandy. Maybe lose some steam? Hope so!! Be safe everyone. Please be safe.

Life is good Life is simple

The weather here has been so nice. 70's all week but today is dark and gloomy and I was ready to take the bike out. Well if it ain't raining I'm going.

So I wrote that before I headed outdoors and it looked like it was going to pour. So instead of taking my bike and having the bad fortune of getting drenched I took the bus. Of course it didn't rain but it sure looked like it. I had shopping to do for the week. Ive been shopping different now because I am gluten free. I bought almonds, tomatoes, treats for my pets(thats always the same)heavy cream and organic chicken and eggs. I don't eat as much but Im always full. Sometimes too full so we we are going to scale back a bit. Not by much though. It seems that my body hasn't learn yet when its full?

My gas engine bike has been coming along. I got the engine, on the chain and then all ceased to go forward as Im a bit tired this weekend. I have the wheat fog from the wheat I accidentally ingested a few days ago to blame on. Seems I'm very sensitive to it and it takes a long time to release itself from your system. My joints also hurt when I have ingested it. On the good side is that my skin is smoother and when I don't have wheat at all I have tons of energy.

At work they decide to change our days. This happens once in a while when new people come in. I only asked that I have 2 days back to back. I really hate having one day off then another day 2 days later. Too tiring!!
Really nothing else going on here.

So until next time (maybe something exciting going on) Have a grand week!

Im Backkkkk

Well to start off I had a wonderful time. I should say it was mixed because at times I wanted to murder my friend. Thank god she doesn't have a clue about computers or I would be the one murdered. Murdering aside I have to tell you the weather was just beautiful the whole time. One day we had about 5 minutes of drizzle and that was it. I did take a few pics and hopefully will get them on. Guess what I didn't take a whole lot and thats because I was living in the moment and realized every time I went to take a picture I lost the moment I was looking for. Take the american eagle. The bird was just gorgeous and the camera was forgotten. It was during the flight of birds show and my mouth hung open for each and every bird... even the vulture. Who knew I had a thing for birds. But when that eagle was brought on I could have stared at it all day. Beautiful proud bird the ,symbol of America.
Another thing I noticed was the squirrels in the area. They are fearless. Smaller than the NYC squirrels. But fearless just like the rabbits here in florida too. NYC squirrels will run if your a half mile from them. Rabbits? Forget about it. If your a day near them they are gone. People are nicer here too. I guess its the sun factor?
Oh yeah Disney World I did go there right? HAHA. My fav was the animal kingdom. The safari ride was great. I loved the elephants esp. the baby whose mother was running after it.It was so adorable. Kids are the same everywhere I guess. I couldn't go on a lot of rides as my hearing challenge gives me vertigo . I did most of the shows that I passed ,some movies too.
I would go again. Maybe in a few years. I didn't see all of it because it was A LOT to do.
I know I didn't write as much as I wanted to about my trip but Im tired . Good night.
