So I've I used this device now for a few days and I'm impressed. Each morning I feel it pulses hitting me. Very much like a phone vibrator is the best way to describe it.. It pulses for about a minute before it shuts itself off This morning I hit the Reset button and it stopped it from pulsing anymore. Glad I found it. First it was strapped onto to the inner elbow area with the velcro. The strap is really a 3 to 4 inch wide elastic band that is shaped like a bracelet. The velcro is just a little small on this thing. It was uncomfortable because you have to make it snug. Also the 1st night it flew off my arm some time after midnight. So what I did is to find the meatiest part of my arm and put the band around it (wore it like a bracelet with out the velcro) and it was more snug and comfortable. I was wearing a sweatshirt (my choice of winter PJs)but I didnt pull the alarm over it because I thought then I wouldnt feel it. It pulses very darn hard but not painful! Just enough to say WAKE UP already! It does give you 2 ways to work. A pulse and a loud ringing. I only used the pulse though. I find this alarm well made so far. The directions are a bit long as its one of those you need to hit this button with that one . But I did it in about 15 to 20 minutes. Don't lose the directions for a while. But i was impress how well it wakes you up. For about 17.00 thats not bad since they sell devises 4 to 5 more that probably do the same job.
GAWD! I hope I never have to set an alarm again! No over sleeping for me.I'm one of those that wakes up too early without an alarm! I'm glad it's working for you, though!
